Wednesday, September 13, 2017 – The Opening Plenary will be held at the Halifax Central Library located at 5440 Spring Garden Road, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 1E9. Start time 7:00 pm sharp. Reserved seating is available through registration site.
Thursday, September 14, 2017 & Friday, September 15, 2017 – The Conference will be held at the World Trade and Convention Centre located at 1800 Argyle Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3N8.
WHERE SHOULD I STAY?
The Conference has secured room blocks at the Cambridge Suites, Delta Barrington, Delta Halifax, and the Lord Nelson Hotel and Suites. The cut-off date for reservations is August 2, 2017. We encourage delegates to book early as hotel rooms in Halifax are heavily booked in September. See Plan Your Stay for further details.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
A $25 administration fee will be added in cases of insufficient funds or invalid credit card numbers.
Cancellations are accepted until May 30, 2017, subject to a $25 administration fee.
June 1 – July 31, 2017 a 50% refund will be provided on cancellation.
On or after August 1, 2017 no refunds are possible.
